1. How fulfilment works
WinUTrips prizes are 100% digital. We don't ship anything by post. When you win, we email you to coordinate dates and traveller details, then send the booking confirmation, voucher, or e-ticket(s) straight to your inbox.
That means we never need a postal address from you — only an email you can read, and a phone number we can reach you on if a booking partner needs to speak to you directly.
2. Flights
We book your flight through the airline (or our partner travel agent) using the passport details you provide. You receive the official e-ticket and booking reference (PNR) by email, exactly as you would for a flight you'd booked yourself. Passport, visa and travel insurance remain the winner's responsibility — see our Terms.
3. Hotels & packages
For hotel and package prizes we send the booking confirmation straight from the hotel or travel platform. The voucher names you as the guest and is presented at check-in. For multi-leg packages each component (flight, hotel, transfer) arrives as a separate confirmation in the same email thread.
4. Event tickets
Event tickets are delivered as PDF e-tickets or mobile wallet passes ahead of the event. Some organisers (e.g. FIFA, UEFA) issue tickets only in the winner's legal name and may release them close to the event date — we forward them as soon as we receive them.
5. Timeframes
We aim to email the booking team within 48 hours of you confirming your prize claim. Most flights and hotels are booked within 7 working days. Event tickets follow the organiser's release schedule and may arrive anywhere from a week to a few hours before the event.
6. Changes & issues
Once a booking is made, change and cancellation policies are set by the airline, hotel or event organiser — not WinUTrips. If something goes wrong before your trip (wrong name on the ticket, missing voucher, etc.), reply to the original booking email within 48 hours and we'll sort it.
